How long is shipping? Shipping depends on what the client select at checkout. We offer standard shipping 2-4 Business Days, Express Shipping 1-2 Business Days, and Urgent Shipping 1 Business Day.

How much is shipping? We use a flat rate system so no matter how much hair you order its the same price. Shipping starts at $15 and does not exceed $50 it just depends which shipping option is selected.

How much do I need to get started ? $200 is the minimum to get started because all you need is a starter account.

What happens once I pay? Once you pay and become a wholesaler you will receive two emails. 1st email will be credit authorization form verifying that information you used to create your account is yours and is accurate. Once signed, a 2nd email will be sent that will contain a link to the client portal.

What’s the client portal? The client portal is where clients go to purchase hair or utilize any of the services offered to clients.

Where are you located? We are headquartered in Maryland however we have warehouses and shipping centers throughout the country.

How do I make money? You buy at a price and sell at a high price. For example a bundle costs $19 that same bundle sells for $95 the difference is your profit and it goes in your pocket.

Do I Need to Have a Website? No you dont you can sell hair in person or however you would like it's your own business after all.

What If I Already Have A Website? You can continue to use your website to purchase an account that does not include a website. You will still place orders on the client portal.
