Refunds

Please be advised that all payments and transactions made through our platform are final. Due to the instantaneous nature of account creation and the immediate availability of proprietary files, resources, all payments and transactions are non-refundable. Upon payment, wholesale accounts are established instantly, granting clients immediate access. This includes the initial payment and all subsequent payments. Please understand that canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund, nor will a refund be granted under any circumstances. However, by canceling, you will not be billed for any future annual renewal fees. 

Cancellations

Wholesale accounts may be canceled upon written request. To initiate a cancellation, account holders must submit their request in writing by emailing wholesale@thehouseofbundles.com. Please note that cancellations must be requested at least 10 days prior to the upcoming billing cycle. Failure to comply with the 10-day notice requirement will result in the account being charged for the subsequent billing period. While canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund for any past payments, it will prevent any future billings associated with the annual renewal of the account.
